This studio employs the highest level of protection for safe online shopping whether using PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay or any major/debit card and utilizes the strictest PCI compliance and encryption standards that protects your personal payment information and never has access to your banking information. All payments are securely processed directly through the GoDaddy hosting ecommerce platform, a leading online provider offering commerce tools to nearly 21 million small businesses and entrepreneurs worldwide.
General Procedure for Online Orders
Once an order is placed, customers are emailed within one business day to confirm the order and payment received.
-- For matted artist-signed prints, please allow for 10 business days (Monday-Friday) before shipping as every order is custom and personally fulfilled and mounted.
--Specialty prints & novelties may take up to 15 business days
--Pre-matted Art show prints are usually shipped within 3 business days
Once the order is ready to be shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer's email with a postal tracking number with an expected delivery date.
To ensure safe and secure packaging and shipping, a $14.95 flat rate processing fee is added to each order before final check out for US domestic orders. Free shipping is included for orders exceeding $150 for US domestic orders. International shipping is also available and is calculated at check-out depending on location.
Refund Policy
General policy of this studio is that all sales are final. All art prints are verified with customers before being printed and care and consideration is also put into safe and secure shipping including being fully insured for the entire value through the United States Postal service. Customer satisfaction is always the priority however, so please contact the studio with any concerns to discuss any unique circumstances that may arise.
